Hi guys! When you are following me on Instagram (@nathaliekemna) you might know I love to create yummy vegan recipes and to share what I eat in my stories daily. I get SO many questions every week about my recipes and if I could please share them. So here I am! Sharing my recipe!!
I’m eating vegan for almost 3 years now and even though I was struggeling with my b12 for a while, I still believe it’s a wonderful way to live a compassionate & healthy lifestyle; caring for your body, the animals and the planet. Btw my b12 is all good now, it’s just super important to know what your body needs and to do a check up once in a while (also when you’re not vegan). So educate yourself guys, to be the best and most healthy version of you!
So a lot of you guys asked for this recipe. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day so I really take the time to make, and eat it every morning. I even made it my little morning ritual 🙂
So! What do you need?
For the smoothie:
- frozen mango (small hand)
- frozen blueberries (small hand)
- 1 banana
- big hand (or 2) of fresh spinach
- almond milk (just a little bit, depends on how thick you want your smoothie)
- acai powder (table spoon, optional)

- cinnamon (teaspoon)
For the toppings:
(off course you can choose every topping you like, but these are my favorites)
- gluten free granola from Eat Naturall (click here)
- hemp seeds
- chia seeds
- goji berries
- strawberries & banana slices
You’ll also be needing a blender of course! 😉 You just put all the ingredients in the blender and blend it until you have a nice and smooth base. You can add all the toppings you like and you are ready to enjoy the best meal of your day!
