✓ buckwheat flower (±1 cup/100 grams)
✓ almond milk (±1,5 cup/150 ml)
✓ 1 ripe banana
✓ tsp vegan protein powder (vanilla)
✓ tsp cinnamon
✓ coconut oil (to bake)
✓ peanut butter
✓ hemp seeds
✓ agave sirop
Mix the buckwheat flower with the almond milk, banana, vegan protein powder and cinnamon in the blender. Blend until it looks like a pancake mix. Heat the pan with coconut oil and start to bake! Top with your favorite toppings & voillà!
